Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. The name Zumba is derived from a Colombian word meaning to move fast and have fun. It was founded by Miami-based dancer and choreographer Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez, and combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Each Zumba class includes a mix of music, such as Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba and even Hip-Hop, providing the student with an energetic and engaging class from start to finish.

STRONG 30™ uses the same structure and delivers the same great results from fat-torching cardio and toned muscles you get from the 60 minute STRONG by Zumba workout. Therefore, you get the challenge AND results!
